DESIGNED FOR STANDARD WEIGHT PLATES: The wrist roller features a weight loading pin which is compatible with all standard 2 inch weight plates and can support up to 50kg. Constructed from a heavy duty steel core which is highly durable, this forearm trainer has a nice wide diameter textured handle.
