Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping Specifications:

The RPM Power warehouse operates Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30pm and aims to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of receipt (excluding public/national holidays).

Items under 30kg are typically delivered via GLS tracked courier service.  

Items over 30kg will be delivered via untracked, curb-side pallet delivery. For more information on pallet deliveries, see here. 

RPM Power reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders placed for delivery whereby shipping costs are significantly higher than standard rates. Should the customer request delivery regardless of the increased cost, the customer will be asked to incur the additional fee. RPM Power reserve the right to determine what level of increase to standard shipping rates constitutes the need to cancel and refund orders.

The below delivery timeframes should be considered as estimated delivery timeframes, they are not guaranteed.  

The below timeframe do not account for delays due to customs and/or local/national postal services. RPM Power® is not responsible for orders being held up in customs or by national postal services.

Russia	Unfortunately due to current import restrictions, orders to Russia cannot be placed through our website. If you are based in Russia and are looking to make a purchase from us, please get in touch with us by emailing info@rpmpower.com. We generally accept orders on a case by case basis and we will try our best to help you.
U.S.A.	Standard Post (USPS) 7 – 14 business days from date of dispatch
Canada	Please note: 60% of our orders are shipped directly from our storehouse in Canada. In the case where a product must be shipped from our headquarters in Ireland, shipping times are as follows: Standard Post 12-16 business days from date of dispatch Express Post (Tracked) 7-14 business days from date of dispatch
