By lifting weights at an angle, this jack allows you to load / unload your bumper weight plates quickly and easily. Changing weight plates when the bar is on the floor can be time-consuming and a waste of energy better spent lifting. Lifting the bar yourself also puts you at risk of muscle strains.
BARBELL PROTECTION: Keep the knurling on your barbell fresh, the RPM Power Barbell Jack is coated is highly durable plastic (top half) to protect your bar as you lift and lower it and a comfortable grip handle. The wide base of this Barbell Jack ensures stability with a slight lip which allows for a smooth lift and leaves zero marks with a plastic grip base.
