The status of my order has not been updated on the tracking site for a long time
It is possible for a shipping company to experience delays and as a result, the status of your order may not be updated for a short time. The shipping company will usually update the order status once your package is transported to the next location – we would ask you to be patient with the courier and keep an eye on your order status.
It is possible for packages to get ‘stuck’ in customs for a prolonged period of time. Customs processing times depend entirely on the destination country and its general regulations regarding imported packages. Again, we would ask you to be patient and keep an eye on the tracking status.
