Non-impact Tennis Elbow Treatment
Tennis elbow can be a painful condition and the thought of exercising a sensitive elbow joint may not be very appealing. But with Powerball, you need never worry about overexerting yourself or worsening your injury. Powerball’s isometric resistance is 100% non-impact, meaning it places absolutely zero strain on sore or damaged tendons.
Best of all, with Powerball you control the intensity of your exercise. Slow, gentle speeds for rehabilitation, rapid, high speeds for strengthening. Spin it fast or spin it slow – with Powerball there are a myriad of benefits to gain at any speed.
Strengthen as You Recover
As you spin Powerball, its isometric resistance engages the entire kinetic chain of the arm, which has two important effects:
1. Rehab: Circulation is increased, meaning oxygen and healing nutrients are driven to the injured lateral tendons in the elbow. These nutrients directly target any inflamed tendons and act quickly to relieve pain and repair damage.
2. Strengthening: All of the muscles in your forearm are activated. Powerball’s resistance delves deep into tissue fibers, strengthening each muscle from its core and building overall muscle mass from fingertip to shoulder.
This active combination of rehabilitation and strengthening means you benefit from shorter recovery times, without having to compromise on effective, long-lasting tennis elbow treatment. Kick off your recovery today with Powerball. All it takes is 3 minutes a day to start seeing the effects of this unique and powerful gyroscope.
Reduce Stiffness & increase Flexibility
Spinning Powerball promotes the production of synovial fluid, which lubricates the elbow joint and alleviates any stiffness that may have developed as a result of the condition. Increase range of motion, build flexibility and reduce stiffness – it’s as easy as picking up a Powerball. Even from the very first use of Powerball, you will begin to feel the difference as muscle stiffness and tendon pain start to break down in the elbow joint. Tennis elbow treatment is made simple with Powerball.
Prevent Tennis Elbow & Other Injuries
Not only is Powerball highly effective for tennis elbow treatment, but it can also be used to prevent the injury from occurring (or reoccurring). Think of it as an extra layer of body armour for your upper limbs: spinning Powerball for as little as 3 minutes a day is enough to significantly strengthen the muscles and tendons in your elbow. Strong and supple muscles and tendons are much less likely to be affected by RSI like tennis elbow, so you can continue to maintain an active lifestyle, without ever having to worry about this condition reoccurring again.

Causes: What is Tennis Elbow / Lateral Epicondylitis?
Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) is a type of RSI (repetitive strain injury) that affects the lateral tendons in the elbow (the small, bony lump on the outside of your elbow). Tennis elbow is usually caused by constant repetitive movements that, when carried out over time a long period of time, begin to irritate and strain the tendons in the elbow. This leads to inflammation and pain that may prevent joint movement and even begin to affect your every-day life.
RSI like tennis elbow are usually caused by repetitive actions, such as typing, using a computer mouse, playing a musical instrument or sport, or driving. It is important to take a break from whatever is causing your RSI for effective tennis elbow treatment. The symptoms of golfer’s elbow (or climber’s elbow) are quite similar to those of tennis elbow and they both affect the medial tendons around the elbow joint. While regular Powerball exercise paired with rest, ice and stretching will soon see you fully recovered from tennis elbow, it is advised that you seek medical advice if you are unsure about which condition you have.
